An Accomplishment Record provides an overview of what you have done in past positions. It's also a good way to map out your accomplishments and their results. Be sure to list any awards, bonuses, promotions, etc. in the RESULTS area. Also remember to quantify your results. Always use quantifiable and tangible numbers where possible. A possible employer needs to know that you have helped your present or previous company succeed and they need to know how much. This valuable information should always be included on your resume.
