My website gives you the necessary information and examples to work on your own resume and/or cover letter. As much as I would like to write everyone's resume for free, I cannot. I do offer my services for a fee, but you really should try to write your own resume or cover letter. I think some readers see only the "Free Resume" part of my title and leave out the "Example". I provide free resume and cover letter information and examples on this website. I do not provide free resumes and/or cover letters.

Free Resume Example.com was created for people who need information on resume and cover letter creation, but don't need to spend a fortune for it. If you have searched the Internet on these topics, then you know as well as I do that many of the sites that claim to give you free information don't.

I have been writing Professional Resumes for over 15 years and my opinion on the so-called "Standard Resume" is there is no such animal. Resumes and cover letters ALWAYS have to be tailored to a particular job. This means that some resumes may actually be longer than one page. GASP!! Did you hear that loud moan in the background? That was the voice of tradition. It wants you to believe that hiring managers will not read a two-page resume. Not true.

Another fallacy is the uselessness of a cover letter. In many cases a well-written cover letter is more important than the resume itself. DOUBLE GASP!! Tradition dies again!



I have worked with job placement agencies, distribution services, writing services and job boards. The best way to sum up those experiences is to say that they are wonderful services as long as you and the service both understand what it is you are getting for your money.

There are so many people out there trying to get their hand into your pocket. Ever see these claims:

"Guaranteed to get you a job in six months or your money back!"

"New, powerful resume software, guaranteed to get results!"

Well most people with half-a-brain know that you can get some sort of a job within six months regardless of what your resume looks like and sure you will get results with that new resume software - it just won't be the results you were looking for.

So here is my website floating out in the Internet sea with everyone else. What is so special about us? What makes my website different? My website gives you three choices:
